Products:

 

    •    All products sold by Iconic Labs are intended for use by pets, specifically cats and dogs. VetIMMUNE® PI is a supplement intended to support immune health and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice or treatment.

    •    The safety of VetIMMUNE® PI in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven.

 

Returns and Refunds:

 

    •    We accept returns within 5 days of purchase, provided that the product is unopened and in its original packaging.

    •    A £20 administration fee will be charged for processing any return.

    •    Upon receiving the returned product, we will issue a refund for the cost of the item itself, minus the £20 admin fee. Shipping costs and any costs related to returning the product are non-refundable.

    •    If your pet’s condition does not improve or worsens while using VetIMMUNE® PI, stop use and consult your veterinarian immediately.

    •    In the event that your veterinarian determines that an adverse reaction is directly linked to the product, you must report this to the manufacturer at info@sassandsass.com.

 

Shipping Information:

 

    •    Orders are shipped using the most cost-effective method, typically through DPD or Royal Mail, unless you request urgent delivery.

    •    We strive to process and ship orders on the same day, provided they are placed by 12 PM for DPD or Royal Mail deliveries.

    •    Orders placed after the cutoff time or on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Order Processing and Dispatch:

 

    •    We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Any orders placed on these days or after our daily cutoff time will be shipped on the next business day.

    •    Iconic Labs is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service once the product has been dispatched.

 

Liability:

 

    •    Iconic Labs is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

    •    While we take every care to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, Iconic Labs cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions.

    •    It is your responsibility to ensure that any products purchased from Iconic Labs are suitable for your pet’s needs.
